Introductory Adult Yoga

Resolve to gain improved balance, increased flexibility, greater strength, sharper concentration, and deeper relaxation. Join instructor Dian Seidel’s alignment-based yoga classes for adults on Wednesday afternoons, 4:30-5:45, in the social hall. Dian is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a long-time student of Iyengar yoga.
There is no fee for the class, but students must have their own yoga props (1 mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap, 3 blankets). Total enrollment is limited to 10 students.
